Yes. To change characters, to make new missions and so forth. If it is possible.

On sorR Museum has screenshots programs FPG POINT EDIT and others. Where they can download? Or if there are other programs? If there is a program to change the missions and other things you write here. Once I would want to create a completely new game engine for this, using the programs. That is because there is a designer of games.

No, you can't do that.
In SORR v5, Sormaker will let you create new stages but you won't be able to create a completely new game apart from SORR. You might want to start learning a programming language.

And what about open source? Well then, how to change the text in the game, characters and the like?

No plan on open sourcing it.
With Sormaker you'll be able to create your own cutscenes as well, but characters will stay the same.
