Somebody needs to wrap a lead pipe round this guy's head Sorr style.

Being a UK Ebay Power Seller Mrs Groove contacted the person in question last night to inform him that no profit whatsoever is to be made from this game.
He has now removed his present listing and has assured us that he didn't wish there to be any ill feeling about what he had done as he didn't realise he was in the wrong.
Apparently he bought this game from someone else originally (might have to look more into that) and was so awestruck with it he just wanted to share it with the world.
He has also said he will not be 'selling' this game on Ebay again.
His words state:
Hello again.
Just wanted to say sorry again for any trouble ive caused. (if you could pass tha message on.)
And well done to all who made the game... its brilliant.
Thier will be no more listings.
I bought this game myself and assumed it was commercial.
The music is also excellent!!!
Best SOR game ive ever played.

Hopefully this will be the end of this matter now.

so he thought it was comercial and then decided to sell warezed copies of it?
it just gets worse!! ;_;

also judging from his feedback its obvious that he's just a warez seller, "thanks for the extra games"
yeah right.

Well i'm guessing he didn't think the people would catch on to his little tricks. But after being rather direct and straight to the point, i guess and hope this should do the trick. i
If not well Mrs Groove will no doubt get angry...
At which point i will take my leave and vanish until her good mood returns.

I have a suggestion.

For the next release, you should have a wall-of-text like arcade games do before the game starts.

State that SORR is freeware, the game cannot be sold or rented, legal-jargen, Bombergames will not be held responcible if something happens (eg - computer blows up), website links, copyright, etc, etc.

Write it up how you want, it might just stop asshats from stealing the game and making a profit off of freeware.

I like this idea too...at least this way no one could say "I didn't knew it wasn't commercial...excuse me Bomberteam" for a lame excuse...

Ph34r teh Groovemistress!

Espilonarge & Dante, the current download already shows up a text below the Bombergames logo stating that This game is freeware. If you paid for it you have been scammed.
Or something like that, can't remember the exact words. ^_^'

Well, it needs to be a gigantic wall-o-text, just to make sure the point gets across.
