V1.1 with some bugfixes:
- Bug when opening a rom while having other oppened
- Axel guide and resizer was missing one animation (Robot Axel grandupper)
- Some flipped frames was not working correctly (eg. Robot Axel ready to run; roo vault). They are not showing flipped on pk though, but that's not really a problem.

I haven't used your programs yet so bear with me if this option is already in there,
but would it be possible to clone a character? I mean to have 2 Axel's in the select screen?
Because I'd love to replace Axel & Max with Guy/Cody/Haggar, but Guy & Cody both play similar to Axel.

So I'd love to have 2 Axel's and disable Blaze & Sammy.

Have another character like Skate use Axel's sprites; it's what I did for Streets of Rage 2: Mapping Shiva's sprites into Skate's animations. By the way, I believe Axel and Break share the same set of animations, so modifying Axel would also change Break, but there might be some animations that are exclusively used for Break.

I think you missed the point. He wants 2 Axels to use as a base for Cody and Guy. Not 2 Axels just for the hell of it.
