It means exactly the same, they did a similar thing in the Hokuto No Ken fighter for PS2,
a fighter called Souther in the Manga/Anime was renamed to Thouther in the PS2 game.

It's just the Japanese trying their best to write English.

It's all in the way you pronounce it, Souther, Sauzar,Thouther, It can all sound the same.


Didn't stop me from hex editing the iso of the game and changing it back to Souther though.
