yeah I got this in my e-mail the other day. Not a big fan of the series but I am a Rockstar fan, and this game looks awesome. They brilliantly achieved bullet-time for online multiplayer as well.

Batman: Arkham City GOTY Edition coming May 29th, including all of the dlc released so far AND the new epilogue chapter: "Harley Quinn's Revenge." Nice! Hopefully the dlc episode will be available on PSN a few weeks before then. If anyone here has not bought this game already, now you have no excuse.
EDIT: Looks like we get the DLC next Monday
EDIT 2: Now they say May 30th. What an absolute mess of an announcement. They said we would get it next week, but now they say we are getting it in five and a half weeks??! Come on! Surely you can get a release date correct in an announcement press release?!
