I did have a collection of B-A-C and Gecko's unused material from V4 including early beta mixes of Never Return Alive, The SOR 1 Theme, Go Straight and B-A-C's boss mix.

I second this. Man that unused Boss remix is stuck in my head. And the unused sprites were just...wonderful. Seeing the vault videos just drives the point home even further that this is by far the greatest SOR homage created. Lovely work guys. But yeah, I need that dl link to that unused Boss mix. Just...lovely.

Man no kidding, that move is so beast. I wish that and his uppercut were in V5 for playable Shiva. Sad that all the cool moves like Adam's "Zonk Knuckle", Max's clothesline, etc. didn't make it. Oh wells...

Where did you hear that? The ability to add new enemies was never added (thankfully) as this would have lead to horrible BOR type mods and not SoR games.

it was mentioned a while back that SoRmaker would allow for creation of 1 new character and 7 or so new enemies. but of course this feature was scrapped pre-release, probably for a number of reasons.

Because of the limitations and requirements of FENIX.
Each enemy/character has at least 100 control points that are required to make them work properly... characters in particular.
Each enemy takes up a large chunk of code with their AI.
Just making a Donovan with the editor would have taken hours from what I've gathered.
