Galsia.pal, SORR wont load

I cant load Sorr:R because it says I'm missing Galsia.pal, but I checked my pal folder and its there. How do I fix this?

Had the same problem today (for no obvious reason) I just extracted & overwrote the game again with teh files from the downloaded archive and it worked fine.

Though it's a bit annoying, all programs will do this occasionally. It probably becomes corrupt somehow, something bomber would have to look into. Until then, keep the archive on hand.
