I started out a lover of BK1 Blaze, but Rudra quickly rose to the top for me... who'd'a thought a fan-character (originally in an April Fool's Joke nonetheless) would become so awesome?
I don't actually know who Rudra's designer is, but whoever you are... noice damn job. ^.^b

I need The Online Mode so Badly in Final Patch,I dont give much shit about the lag,atleast we can play within Same country or can handle atleast 200 ping,I'm a netplay gamer,so ping is no big deal for me,People still play SOR games online via Kaillera,SO who wants to play a Shiva and SOR3 Axel Player.

Stuff has changed since going through all the Blazes. I remember more and more how awesome she was when I used to play SoR1 & 3... and she's still awesome.

I've grown to like so many of the characters that it's really hard to give a solid listing but I'll give you a list yeah sure ^^ The characters are not in any specific order.

My general favorite/allrounder: SoR 3 Shiva
I don't play this char so much nowadays though. I only choose it if I want to play a basic relaxed game and I know this char is a bit overpowered so I know I'll do good anyways. SoR 2 Shiva is almost as good as SoR 3 Shiva for me.

"Now you're playing with power!"-favorite: Max ofcourse
So cool to do those atomic drops and when I play well with Max it's just great. He demolishes everything. I've mostly played with Max lately.

Great basic character-favorite: SoR 1 Axel
I just somehow like his playability, controls and moves. This one is my brothers current favorites too. I often choose this one too.

I've also recently started to like Rudra alot, great playability and her forward+forward+B is very VERY powerful. Skate and Adam are pretty decent basic characters for me which I sometimes, though quite rarely, choose for change. I like SoR 2 Skate maybe more.I quite rarely choose Mr. X or Zan but they aren't bad, actually pretty nice chars too. My least favorites are Ash, Elle and Roo, I can't play at all with them...

I find that Blaze is a godess of air control. My main is Blaze-3 at the moment, she is most fun to play with, Blaze-1 is a bit boring and Blaze-2 has the kikousho which overpowers the game.

It's between Adam and Max for me but the more I play Blaze SoR1 the more my mind starts to change.

Since I've really come into my own with Elle, I've not used anyone else. I like the long range and exceptional utility of her attacks. Really dig the play style . I honestly don't know what other characters I find interesting, there are so many and I'm still trying to get that damn S Rank with Elle. It's like a curse.

Trying to get Round 1's S-Rank is a curse no matter who you are or what character you use.

When you do it you can officially consider yourself a master... wait... The Undisputed Master of Elle (much better).
Then you'll go for Rounds 2 & 3 and be like LOL THAT WAS EASY
Then Round 4 will rekindle some rage a bit but then the masses of food drops will mean that once you can get to A-Rank without touching any of it, S-Rank will happen almost by accident.

For me, Elle is definitely the favorite, especially now that Solei has developed some great new techniques for her.

SOR2 Axel is also very good, his forward special is extremely useful in one-on-one situations. For bigger groups, I sometimes substitute SOR2 Axel with SOR1 version. His forward special takes less time and is sometimes more useful than SOR2 version.

Max is great, but I find him sometimes lacking when big groups are concerned. Everything else about him is awesome.

SOR2 Blaze is excellent too, although lately I haven't played much with her due to my fascination with Elle.

Zan is someone who I slightly mourn. In SORR, he's improved, but the feel still just isn't right. Those slaps are so wimpy. But can't deny it, Zan is the best weapon user in game. Unfortunately I just find that playing with him often becomes repetitive.

Somehow I've never been able to milk Shiva's potential to full extent like many others here. He's cool.

EDIT: I forgot Rudra. She's fun to play, has the coolest postures and performs well.

EDIT 2: And Adam too! I love his "mach breaker" blitz attack and the fact that he's great all-around weapon user, second only to Zan.

Blaze-3, how good she is. In my rank, she has a chance comparing to Shiva.
