Story:One day after arriving home from work BruceWayne finds that Bat Cave completelly raided. Alfred, Waynes butler knew he could do nothing did to the security systems for the batcaves defensives have been compromised. Because Bruce Waynes secret identity would be revialed if he asked for help he finds that his only choice would be to get an alternate identity and a massive plastic surgery. After having Alfred research how to perform plastic surgery to change his appearance temperarly(his new appearance makes him look like a white version since his default pallete will be replaced with this mod of Adem since SORmaker won't let me use new sprites) and getting a fake identity as Adem he spends some time doing a forensics check on what's left of the Batcave and finds several fingerprints. After tracing the finger prints he finds that the trail leads to Blackmask. In an attempt to kill two birds with one stone Bruce deicides that incase he manages to recover his equipement and keep his identity a secret that he should make a false trail of evidence to make it look like his new fake identity, Adem is Batman himself, known that he will change his appearance back once the job is done. After some questioning and searching Bruce, now temperarly to be known as Adem sets out to find the people who discovered his secret and stole his equipment. Including his Batsuit. Normally Batman perfers to take his enemies alive. Not this time. His batsuit contained knuckle pading that allowed him to have a little more power towards his punches. With his suit gone he must use anything to survive and get his equipment back. Non-lethal or otherwise.

The first two levels have no enemies as they only have you sneaking into Blackmasks home. The first level will be you moving through the yard of Blackmasks house. Granted there is one biker guy sitting with his head down taking a nap(a few layers going in an upward loop shows a bunch of ZZZ's). When you approch him you'll hear(do to the music being replaced with sound) a snoring noise.

Like the first level there are no enemies in this level. It's just you making your way through Blackmasks house from the roof.

Just before the fight your treated to a cutscene with Bruce looking through a ceiling window. You can see Blackmask working on one of his handguns(he normally uses two handguns in the comics, but SORmaker won't let me add new enemies). Here you'll face your first boss. Yep. The first enemy you face is a boss. Blackmask who is a SOR3 gunman with a black pallete to make his face look black. He has about 1.5 of a full lifebar. Although your fighting Blackmask while he's alone there's furniture that limits your movement and leaves you in harms way. Note:when you jump down at the start of this level a layer consisting of broken glass is going downward with you fall completelly with the start of the level containing a "glass cracking" sound with thesoundtrack opening.

After getting some intel from Blackmask he calls his henchmen. He is still immobleized from the fight, but as you search his room for information and decide to take the harddrive from his laptop. His men start knocking on the door you locked after beating him up. Luckly you find a RPG missile launcher under his bed and fire it at the door(it's a single shot RPG of course). Here you'll fight blackmasks henchmen. An explosion happens at the door the moment this level starts with several enemies near the explosion. In this level there is an alternate route at an elevator that will take you to level 1.5b. When the alternate level marker appears diolog text will appear that says "If I take the elevator downward I might find myself trapped. Still nota choice that's ruled out, but I can keep going right untill I find some stairs. What should I do?".

If you've chosen to keep going left in the last level you'll find your self in another level within BlackMasks house. You must make your way to the streets to escape.

If you took the elevator in the last level you'll find your self in the explosives lab in Blackmasks house. The level starts at an elevator that you appear out of using the shadow intro infront of the elevator. The elevator door uses a graphical layer that moves to the left which combined with the opening music sound clip containing an elevator door sound adds to the entrance of this level. Hear you'll fight Blackmasks goons, but you'll also fight many seeker robots. Unlike other mods where the seeker robots are pushovers here they will attack very large numbers. There's also some graphical layers of boxes maked "stick grenades." Positioned behind them are grenades that you can pick up and use. There also are grenade throwing traps aswell.

Before this level starts your treated to a cutscene with Blackmask in a helicopter which he is using to chase you. At the start of this level a graphical layer moving to the left which is a grey helicopter(using the sprite from Nam-1975 except painted grey) that Blackmask is using to find you. Near the end of the level diolog will appear showing a radio transmission to distroy a bridge that your trying to cross. The moment the screen reseaches the bridge an explosion appears on the exact remains of the bridge to symbolise it being distroyed. The moment the explosive activates the boss music starts to play which is mixed in with a helicopter sound. The boss that you fight is Jet and Rocket, but they are the least of your worries. At the far right of the screen are several layers making up of a transport helicopter. The left of the screen also has some collusion designed to hold either a slash character or a SOR3 gunner(i'm hoping to use a slash enemy if I can get him to use his sub-machine gun. I think he pulls it out at long distance. I'd perfer this sense it would make it like Blackmask is using two guns like in the comics). However since the layers of the helicopter cover the character positioned inside it your fooled into believing that it's Blackmask shooting at you. In the building above you can see bikers throwning grenades at you. To balance this fight out you'll find several pipes sitting on the ground below some loose pipes. These are what you must use to fight Jet and Rocket properly.
Stage 2
After escaping Blackmask, Bruce heads back to the mansion and takes a look at the harddrive he stole. He finds that Blackmask has been given an offer to spy on Bruce Waynes house and in exchange he would be given as massive supply of military grade explosives as a reward along with supplies and blue prints for making chemical WMDs. The harddrive says that Blackmask does not know who has extended him this offer, but he is told that it exists in an area heavily populated by the Jokers gang. After failing to find any mention of Batmans cave being raided and knowing that Jokers knowage of chemicals Bruce now knows that the Joker may be his next lead. After spending some time asking around Bruce finds himself in a massive slum which could lead to Jokers hideout. It's not much of a lead to finding your stolen equipement, but it's something.

Not much of a stage. Really. You start this level with a bum laying against a pole. You ask him where the Joker gang is. He replies and says they're in "that building right there."

Like 2.1 there are no enemies in this part. Well... Kinda. You enter the doorless building and spot an bunch of the Joker's henchmen huddled in a circle at the other end of the screen. The background music is in Yo Face by Insane Clown Posse. However since there's a radio on the ground with the Joker members it simulates the music coming from that. You approch the gang members and a cutscene starts. The cutscene shows a one of the gang members turning the radio off. The gang members then ask Adem why he is here and that the building is their provite property. Bruce lies and says that he is here about the break in at Blackmasks mansion. The gang member pulls out a cellphone and gives a phone call to his leader(aside from Joker and Harley Quinn). After being told that Blackmasks men wheren't supposed to come into contact with Jokers gang directly to avoid any trails of evidence the gang members attack.

The gang members then begin to attack. All you have to do is fight your way through the old abandoned building to fight the gang leader.

You take the elevator to the top floor(with the opening music sound containing an elevator sound). As you fight your way across the room to the gang leader Deadshot will try to snipe at you adding a larger challange to the level. After you defeat the gang leader he'll tell you that you can find Joker at the steel mill.

Their are no enemies in this level, but instead you'll find countless hazards such as pitfalls and traps that you'll have to traverse to reach the end.

The level uses a falling intro, but the intro is positioned using diagonal stroll at the start of the level and with no collusion except at the bottom you end up falling to the ground. As you fall you'll see various graphical layers consisting of smoke traveling of upward. You'll land infront of a graphical layer consisting of machinery. This level is done conpletelly by using convayer belts. There are several graphical layers of raw steel that move to the right along to the convayer belts. One of Joker's hench men spots you(as indicated using on screen text) and the Joker then orders the crushers on the convayer belts to be set to "sensor mode" to crush whoever broke into the factory and to activate the ceiling laser. At first all your doing is avoiding the crushers and the laser, but eventually Jokers men are ordered to hop on the convayer belt to stop you(donovan and Galsia being examples since they use the train intro). Enemies will also use the SOR1 garage intro. There also are some alcoves here that contain crates. At the end of this area you'll come to a hole in the middle of the screen just big enough for you to jump over. On both sides of the hole are convayer belts the move toward it. Here you'll face some SOR3 gunnermen which requires that you jump accross the pit. It's best to do so when they are close to the edge so that you may kick them.

Carmine Falcone prison gang=The game mentions that Carmine Falcone has been arrested and sentenced to the Blackgate prison. In prison he manages to have many of his men continuously working for him.

Enemies used=SOR1,2,3 Galsia, SOR 2,3 Donovan, Galvice, Cody, possible sor3 gunmen if I can make their pallete changed to remove the tie and give them a orange suit.
Blackgate prison security=Mostly just robots as it's mentions that Blackgates security has been replaced with robotic security or maybe SOR3 handgunners if I can get a pallete to make them look like guards.
Joker gang members=their face has a white tint which gives the illusion that their wearing white clown makeup. This is done by coloring the shading pixels on their sprites.
Enemies used:SOR 1,2,3 Galsia, Juggler, Trucker, R.Bear, Haku-Oh, SOR 1,2,3 Bongo, Danch, Slash(if I can get a pallete for him that makes it look like his wearing clown makeup), SOR3 gunmen.

Note:Jokers gang is the largest in the mod and also has a speical level where fight ninjas and robots that use clown like palletes.
Blackmask gang members(false facers)=All Blackmask members have their pallete color their face designed to make them look like their wearing masks). Seeing how the bikers and slash already have their faces covered their masks are only colored.

Poison Ivy mind control victums=Ivy has been abducting men in Chinatown to her with her plans. These victums have either green skin or their skin is given a grayish tint. The pixels in their eyes are always green. Vehelits will be given a special pallete that makes him look like mutant maneating plant.
Enemies used=Tiger, Haku-Oh, Hakuyo, SOR 2,3 Shiva, Vehelits(there apper more often this time),
Note:Vehelits not only will appear often in Poison Ivy's levels, but also in two forms. The first being the type that must be killed in order to proceed. The second(uses a different pallete) being the type that must be avoided and only appears in levels that either don't have enemies or after the rest of the enemies have been killed and all that's left are traps. Most notibly in trap levels.

Taila al Ghul's gang=Taila al Ghul, daugter of Ra's al Ghul has been sent out along with various members of the Laugue of Assassians to stop Bruce from continuing his search. She's only encoutered in a few areas. Laugue Assassians member have been known to have a very black appearance.

Other concepts:
Although the fight with poison Ivy is just another BK3 Electria she also is accompanied by Vehelits which 9 life bars forcing you to focus on Poison Ivy.
Part of the plot could involve the Joker planning to blow up a nuclear power plant so that his henchmen can loot the entire area. The reason for Joker doing so could be that he desires Batmans attention, but he is unaware of the batcave being raided.
There are a lot of levels that scroll to the left.
While each gang uses their own palletes enemies that use weapons will have two palletes for each gang. One for the ones that use weapons the other for the ones that don't. Enemies that don't use weapons will only have different palletes for their skin.
At the start of every level and stage a layer the scrolls to the left(or right depending on were the level scrolls) showing the level and it's name.
A level where Deadshot is trying to snipe you. In fact he appears several times throughout the game including one level where he constantly appears and disappears(do to you duck infront of said buildings. There's one leve where he's trying to snipe you that has no enemies and instead is replaces with traps and pitfalls and off course the sniper(Deadshot). The colusion map for the level also is in his favor forcing you to move up and down the screen making you an easy target.
I could position a payer graphic of a Joker henchmen in the background in front of a grenade tossing biker to make it look like he's throwing grenades. It's kinda like adding a new graphic to the granade tossing biker. This can only be done in an elevator level as the biker throwing the grenades can't move.
A short highway level without enemies, but instead has you going through this highway that constantly sends cars at you forcing you to dickly take cover in acoves to reach the end. Deadshot with try to snipe at you in this level aswell.
There could be speical levels based heavily on malee weapons where all the enemies use malee weapons. Of course only the enemies that are good with them will appear such as SOR3 Donovans, SOR1,2,3 Galsias, Trucker, etc
An introduction for a trucker enemy(with a green beard as a pallete) where he is in crotched position infront of a book.
When you fight Killer Croc it's mentioned that he fell and broke some of his teeth which only allows him to use his claws.
A trap consisting of an layer animated layer of a guy tossing barrels off a ledge below and onto the stage. With perfact timing for the animation this could be used with the barrel trap.
A boss fight with Joker where his using a hologram machine causing clones of him that die in one hit to rush out at you.
Galvice and Cody enemies attack in very large numbers to even out their disadvantages.
