Ending's Routes (Ending's Help)

The 3 different ending routes really gave this game replay value.. A little off topic, but what is everyone's favorite routes? (beginning or end)

There were about 3 or 4 different routes to take. I wasn't talking about the actual endings. I was just asking if you liked the sor1, sor3, or robo-x level best, not ending.

where is the bomb to disarm? my first playthrough I spent every moment scouting the rooms on the next lower floor and died in the blast, second time on this route I went down twice and picked the second door to get the keycard, I didn't even know the bomb could be defused. I just about managed to defeat Shiva and get out.

It will be in a room with a control panel, some Elektras, and a Phenix. Destroy the control panel to disarm the bomb.

Would I use cheats for Mania difficulty to get ending 8 and what does ending 1 look like for saying yes and no? what does ending 5 and 6 look like?

I've done Mania with Cheats and I didn't get it. You'll have to grit your teeth and trudge your way through legitimately. On the plus side you can use any character for it, so if you've unlocked some powerhouse characters, go nuts.

As for the endings....

Ending 1
When you and your partner character have a conflict of interests (i.e. one says yes and the other says no) there's no choice but to cut ties and fight to the death. The one who said yes must win this fight. After you kill your friend and decline working for X, and follow up with kicking his ass, you'll get a nice picture of your surviving character sitting on X's Big Man Chair thus controlling the syndicate.

Ending 5
It's basically the same as Ending 2, except the characters have survived to see the aftermath of the death and destruction their ignorance of disarming the bomb has caused.

Ending 6
So lets say they disarmed the bomb and saved the city, and took out Shiva. The city is safe! But they still haven't found X...

For ending 8 does Rudra need to say yes to Mr X? cause otherwise I made my way through 8 levels in single player and got the SoR1 ending. Or are there other factors I haven't considered like not using any fire specials.

Did you have any cheats enabled? There has to be no cheats on for you to get Rudra's ending. And you do say 'No' to him.

I've done all the Robo X routes bar one, ending 5, so I've disarmed the bomb, my first time through I died looking for the bomb (I'm sure quite a few did first time), so I've got ending 2 and 6, I need ending 5, my question is, where is the keycard, is it always in the same place, exactly what room is it in, when I found it first time after disarming the bomb it was in the end room on the middle floor (where all the containers are, in sor 3 it was the room before the tied up president), but I could swear it wasnt in the same room next time, can anyone tell my exactly where it is, I need to find the keycard and defeat shiva as quickly as possible for the ending I need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've beaten the game on mania with co-op and no cheats (5 lives in option, and the conpanion died at the last stage) and i got the default ending for that route (the route where shiva and x appear in the same room). What did I do wrong?

Question regarding the ending where you sit on Mr. X's chair: If I play with a CPU partner, will he say 'yes' or 'no?'
