I totally agree. But the fact that Aris is a creep and a member of the FGC doesn't mean that the FGC = creeps, and it shouldn't be published that way.

This Cross Assault bullshit was pure crap anyways, biased SF shit unsurprising that made all the Tekken players look like n00bs, I mean, seriously, how do you expect team Tekken to win if the fucking game it's SF4 all the way? the team Tekken it's formed mostly with Tekken players, how they would stand a chance with seasoned SFIV players who might NOT know the new Tekken charas but know the engine enough? I mean, there's nothing in common with Tekken 3D gameplay and the new 2D SFIV-esque scramblefest SFxT is.

And FG + MTV-like reality show? Bitch-puleaaaase.

For me, that Cross Assault thing was a farce.

Baahh, I am a bit unhappy because me and my bro had a real nice game earlier today, ending on 9 (me) and 8 lives on the end (on very hard) making it one of our best games. The reason why I was annoyed is that I wasn't able to record it because my Camtasia wouldn't open. I even killed 3-4 mobs at the same time (all full HP) with one atomic drop on Max. Apparently the atomic drop does equal amount of damage to all opponents regardless which one you are holding if it hits other mobs at the same time?

Oh yeah, also atomic dropped a Jet - and atomic dropped Zamza 3 times on one fight.

Anyways, we are still trying to get 9 and 9 lives - or even better, 10 and 10 lives at the end Then we can finally consider changing the difficulty to mania...

Read the Max thread, I also discovered that. Damage it's insane even for bystanders.

Never mind...it seems my point was just proven...anyways, IceWeb38 was kind enough to give me a few recommendations.

EDIT March 9, 2012: In unrelated news, the local power company knocked out the light in my area twice last night and just as quickly brought it back...unfortunately that had the effect of messing up my Windows set-up. So I had to reinstall it, but in doing so, I did something that I'm only now learning I didn't even have to do...I formatted the entire system. Fortunately, I have some of my documents backed up in various places, and I was able to retrieve my Streets of Rage info...the only major issue I have is that, in spite of having re-downloaded FPG Edit 2005, the FPG save-files I retrieved won't open because of some sort of error...but that's something I'll have to tackle at a later point; first I have to make sure the rest of the system is back in proper working order.

We finally did it with my bro. Holy macaroni. We OWNED the game up on very hard. The todays game ended with 9 lives on my brother and 10 lives on me with no continues used (of course, doh). I got it recorded so I will upload it sometime soon to the Tube but now the real challenge begins. We change the difficulty to mania and see how well we can do then. I was so surprised about todays game, I never would have anticipated it would be the best game so far but I'm really happy about it
