GIVE US A CONTINUES OPTION PLEEEEEEEEEEASE! T-T

This is too hard on Easy, never mind Normal... And I finished 2 on Mania.

An option for up to 5 continues would be great! ^^; Playing it with just 2 makes me feel like I'm running a gauntlet trying to finish it.
You must really suck if you need FIVE continues to beat easy when many of us have already beatin it with the two we're given. Hell, I only used one. And if you suck this badly, then you must be lying about beating SOR 2 on mania. And of course, even if you did, you had nine lives.
I was playing it on normal, for your information.

I was on the last level on Easy when I died. But it's still too hard. WAY WAY harder then SOR 2.

Dont read if you don't want secret character spoiled

hey the game is amazing and all but when I unlocked shiva I was expecting his normal form, any chance that'll be put in later in a patch.
Don't get me wrong super shiva kicks ass but I really love the old one too
and would really love to play in that form

Very noobish questions, but I'm very excited to play this game.

Is this a Remake of SOR 1 with SOR 2-3 visuals and added gameplay elements?

Does the soundtrack include tracks from all 3 SOR games?

I've read there are SOR 2 and 3 modes.

Is there a SOR 1 mode in the works?

I agree with murderdoll. The SOR 2/3 feel is great, but many fans love everything about the original just as much!

I have one question that confused me a little? at the "Pirates" level where the whole is that your character goes through, and you fight on the elevator with the Baseball ground, how is there a baseball floor if you didn't even go through that stage, what would baseball be doing in a pirate attractiuon? did I miss a level?

Does anyone know why you cannot use a PC gamepad for player 2? My brother and I would really like to play 2 player mode, but as is, only one of us can use a gamepad; the other has to use the keyboard. Also, will player 2 gamepad functionality be implemented in a future fix or patch?

The Baseball Stadium can be accessed via the first section of the Amusement Park. I think the implication is that the secret lift passes through the hole in the wall in the Pirates section.

segagamer: Player 2 CAN use a gamepad, but the problem is that two people can't use two gamepads. I'm usually player 2 and I use my gamepad while my bro uses the keyboard. I think it has something to do with the way it's coded -- since it automatically detects up/down/left/right for a pad, maybe it would glitch up badly if it had to detect for two pads.

That being said, my question is: is there two-gamepad functionality in the works for a future update? I'd totally buy another gamepad in that case.

Welcome Violent Ryo.

No, it's like an alternate story for the whole saga.
violent ryo wrote:Does the soundtrack include tracks from all 3 SOR games?
Yes, but they mostly are from SOR 1/2 plus new original ones.

Those modes actually only affect the way you execute jumps and combos, which was different between those games, nothing else yet.

LiLi and Segagamer, there is no way to make SORR recognize a second pad without changing the language version it's being programmed in, which would render the code incompatible. However you can use a program called JoyToKey (http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm) which lets you emulate key presses through your gamepad buttons.

You don't. She was a late addition and couldn't be finished in time. However, she will be in the second release, but it'll probably be quite a while before thats out.

Incomplete, along with the above mystery woman and a lot of character throws and such.
