The world's greatest mod is here! Actually no, I don't think of it that way. This mod is far from the greatest. :lol:

I have been working on this mod for a little while now, I have decided to go ahead and reveal it. A demo will probably come later.

This is a joke mod. The mod will poke fun at quite a few things. It's also a little raunchy (that might be an understatement). :lol:

The story will basically be this:
It has been 17 years since Mr. X's brain was blown up. But, Mr. X has been brought back to life on the planet Namek because Shiva is fucking cool. They come back to Earth and wreck shit up in the city. The "guardians of Earth" aka. Axel, Blaze, Adam, Max, Skate, and Dr. Zan react to this and go back to the steets and begin to fucking RAAAAAGE!!!1111

Some things to note about this mod:
- There is voice acting in this mod.
- Some levels will be based on actual stages from classic games such as Double Dragon, Golden Axe, etc. while others will be completely made in MS Paint, to keep the joke feel of the mod.

Looks damn fun. Can't wait to play this one.
The box said "Requires Windows 95 or better." I can't understand why it won't work on my Linux computer.

A nice first for a SORmaker mod. Esspeically for a jokemod. The only downside is that voice acting can only be done during the cutscenes(adding cutscene sounds) or at the opening music clip sound file. Still, even with these limitations it's definitelly something to look forward to. I've always wanted to see a doom joke mod with voice acting(which I occasionally do indeed get), but I never expected this to come out of an SORR mod.

Yeah, some of the inspiration for this mod came from yours. It worked in your mod really well so I decided to do the same thing, since it fits well with the parody feel. :)

Seeing how it's a joke mod I was wondering if I could help out by including some crude color palletes to make the enemies have a rather retarded look to them. I glanced back at some of the first palletes that i've made recall how most of them sucked. My pallete making skills have improved, but for these guys the damage is already done.

Well, I haven't posted anything since I revealed it. I actually have been very busy with school lately so I haven't been able to work on it much.

I decided to record one scene from my mod just to leave you guys with something new.

Sorry about the audio, I have a terrible computer and everything slows down when I use Hypercam2 so the voices are out of sync with the dialog boxes.

Update:

This mod is still alive. Progress on this has been quite slow as of late, so I haven't been able to do much. As of right now, I'm trying to plan out how the mod will look before jumping too far into it.

I hope to have a trailer out by the end of the month. I will leave you guys with another video preview and some more screenshots for for now. Hope you enjoy!
