Finally... all three games have been ported to V5 with as much perfection as possible.
The game considered by the majority as their favorite.
The ultra-popular one... Streets of Rage 2.
By the way, I used Very Easy as the baseline difficulty. Since SoR2 doesn't have 2P enemies (it just bumps the placements up one level), Easy mode determined who went in to 2P mode (that way I could keep all the other difficulties' enemies in line - eg: Normal adds Normal enemies, Mania adds Mania Jets, etcetera).
Mostly just Galsias & Donovans... in Stage 7, Enola & Molecule also turned out to be Easy enemies (you should be glad to get a break by that point in the game, lol!), but otherwise it's just G-Men & Donnies (and not very many of them) that've been put in 2P mode.

Difficulty Guide
All yellow HP enemies, who're still in yellow in Mania, will use Mania HP. Otherwise any enemies who get a blue bar (I call them 'star enemies') will be scaled to match their respective difficulty.
Enemy counts, when given, are from looking over my notes.
Easy: Very Easy placement. Star enemies use Easy HP.
Normal: Adds all enemies present in Normal mode but not in Easy mode, and the number is pretty significant. The change between Easy to Normal provides a very noticeable increase in enemy placement.
Hard: Adds enemies present in Hard mode but not in Normal mode. This usually means adding a few mid-tier enemies here and there. It's not many, but they make a difference, and you'll notice them.
Hard adds 86 enemies.
Very Hard: Adds enemies present in Hardest mode but not in Hard mode. Not many... not many at all... the main differences are AI and star enemy HP.
Very Hard adds 56 enemies.
Mania: Star enemies get a rather large boost in HP, and the AI is, of course, cranked up to maximum.
Adds Tomcat, Spitfire, Galsia, Galsia, Blitz, Kite, Mosquite, and Uranium.
2P Mode: Adds enemies present in Easy mode but not in Very Easy mode - and using Mania HP.
